At Gachina we talk a lot about how our employees are like family and these two guys are practically founding fathers. Rafael Avila (left) and Ramiro Martinez (right) have been with our company for over 30 YEARS! Combined, they have over 62 years of landscaping experience and knowledge to share with our management teams!
Rafael joined Gachina in 1989, hired on as the 27th employee (we currently employ a staff of over 500)! Today he works as a Production Manager at our Peninsula Branch.
Ramiro joined the Gachina team in 1988 as the 9th employee! He also works at our Peninsula Branch location and is currently a Crew Leader overseeing all of our landscape technicians.
