Maintenance and Construction Crews
Grow your career; join our team as an apprentice crew member and learn safe equipment operation, planting, minor irrigation repairs, and landscape practices. No experience required, training in The Gachina Way is provided.
Experienced landscape professionals will demonstrate safe power equipment and hand tool operations, landscape practices that promote plant health, irrigation repairs & controller programming, shrub pruning, and planting.
- Full range of mobility in upper and lower body
- Able to reach overhead
- Able to lift, pull and push materials and equipment to complete assigned job tasks
- Able to lift 60 pounds of weight frequently throughout the work day
- Able to work in various positions including, but not limited to, stooping, standing, bending over, sitting, kneeling and squatting.
- Able to bend and stoop repeatedly throughout the workday to complete assigned job tasks
- Maintain physical fitness level necessary to complete assigned job tasks
- Work authorization required to complete I-9 forms

Landscape Maintenance Account Management
Our Account Managers lead crew production and build client relationships for a portfolio of maintenance accounts. Top candidates for this position are effective communicators, computer savvy and demonstrate a proactive approach to account management. An Associate or Bachelors degree in a landscape industry program or four (4) years’ experience in commercial landscape maintenance is required.
Enhancement Project Management
Our Project Managers bid landscape enhancement work and supervise crew production for enhancement / construction projects. We look for effective communicators who are computer savvy, and demonstrate knowledge in bidding & installing commercial landscape projects. Candidates for this position need an Associate or Bachelors degree in landscape construction or a related industry program, or four (4) years’ experience in commercial landscape project management.
The Horticultural Technician is responsible for the maintenance of sustainable landscape programs at high-touch client sites. Responsibilities will include analyzing plant health, diagnose pests and disease and recommend treatment options, and document analysis, diagnosis and treatment. Candidates for this position need an Associate or Bachelors degree in Plant Science, Plant Health or Environmental Landscape or four (4) years’ experience in landscape maintenance and plant health care. We look for effective communicators who are computer savvy, and demonstrate knowledge in plant health care.
The goal of our internship program is to provide students with a comprehensive “hands-on” experience in commercial landscape management. During the internship, you will experience all aspects of the business; operations and corporate support.
