Outstanding Responsiveness Awarded by The Irvine Company
Thursday, September 21st, Gachina Landscape Management was honored at The Irvine Company’s D2D, Division to Division, awards program. Gachina received the award for Outstanding Responsiveness for a Landscape Contractor. “The event provided a welcome opportunity to recognize our top service providers for the role they play in providing exceptional experiences for Irvine Company customers,” Paul Harnen with Irvine states. D2D honors one top service provider per category and Gachina was the only landscape contractor recognized.

Gachina manages 7% of The Irvine Company overall portfolio including 57% of the Northern California portfolio. Presenting the award for Outstanding Responsiveness, Clint states “Gachina Landscape has partnered with Irvine Company for 10 years and continues to provide Office, Apartments and Retail with exceptional service at competitive pricing.”

D2D was established in 2008 and is a made up of various collaborative cross-divisional teams focused on the company’s major service provider contracts, capitalizing on Irvine Company’s purchasing power to reduce costs and improve quality. Today, D2D now consists of more than 50 employees from four divisions and 14 committees and task forces, all working to evaluate a wide range of services, share best practices and innovative solutions to common concerns. Ray Wirta, President of Irvine Company was the event’s featured speaker. He congratulated the award winners, noting that “By partnering with our service providers and combining best practices we’re able to deliver world-class service to Irvine Company customers.”
