Serving San Jose, Monterey, East Bay and Peninsula Commercial Clients

The benefits of hiring landscape contractors are comparable to any other property specialist.

Like designers or architects, property managers seek to protect and enhance the appearance of their property. The services of commercial landscape contractors such as Gachina Landscape Management are every bit as valuable as those other professionals.

Just as a designer’s expertise in color, layout and functional flow results in more user friendly and productive spaces, a landscape contractor’s knowledge of landscape design, soil, fertilizers and irrigation systems will enable you to upgrade the look and practicality of your outdoor areas.

The experts at Gachina are trained in the latest techniques in sustainable landscaping, drought management, and plant health care to create exterior spaces that make a property owner proud. A managed outdoor environment is quickly noted by tenants and customers alike.  Proper implementation and care of plantings, hardscape, lawns, and water features add value and can create a special environment.

For HOA’s?  Our services also help sell homes. A recent National Association of Realtors survey showed that more than 70 percent of homebuyers considered curb appeal an important factor in deciding which property to purchase.

The landscape contractors at Gachina provide solutions for homeowner associations, corporate campuses, retail centers and public spaces. Call us today at 650-853-0400 for answers to your questions and to get a quote.

Landscape contractor services that save you money

Many property owners have a single reason for contacting Gachina Landscape Management: they want to reduce the cost of maintaining their properties.

We help those clients save money – and keep their landscape beautiful – in several ways:

  • Installing plants, grasses, shrubs, flowers and trees that require minimal water. Drought-tolerant landscapes are colorful and can be incredibly varied.
  • Reducing or eliminating lawns. Turf areas are thirsty, requiring labor-intensive maintenance. Weeding, mowing, edging, and regular applications of fertilizer make it costly, as well.
  • Modifying irrigation systems. When sprinklers are replaced with efficient drip systems or subterrain watering systems, utility bills can drop drastically. Thousands of gallons of water can be saved during a single irrigating session.
  • Installing patios and walkways requires an initial investment but they need little maintenance and complement surrounding greenery.

Let the landscape contractors at Gachina show you how to upgrade your green spaces to keep pace with the changing California climate. Call us today at 650-853-0400.

Gachina Landscape Management

An interesting fact about the ‘Clivia miniata’—it’s origins in California can all be traced back to the year 1907 and to a man by the name of Zimmerman, who possibly brought the seeds with him when he migrated to Carlsbad from Germany. They grow beautifully in our California climate, and supposedly at the San Francisco World’s Fair in 1939, Zimmerman entered 500 stalks of them and won a gold medal 🥇 for his display. These beauties are quite stunning. 🤩
