The 10-12 week summer program will include:
  • 3-4 weeks Landscape Maintenance – Account Management
  • 3-4 weeks Irrigation Service and Troubleshooting
  • 3-4 weeks Landscape Enhancements – Project Management
  • Water Management Services
  • Sustainable Landscape & Plant Health Care Services
  • Corporate Support Training Day
  • Business Development
  • Special Projects are assigned as available
  • Management Training and Outings as scheduled
Option #2 – Customized Program This program is best for students who have had previous work or internship experience and wish to focus on a particular area of interest. Students will spend the majority of their internship in one particular department or function, but will also have the opportunity to gain some experience in other areas of the company. Option #3 – School Structured Program This program is designed to assist students with a required curriculum such as Water Management, Plant Health Care, Sustainable Landscapes, Irrigation, and will be coordinated with the Program Advisor or Professor.   Typically, a report or presentation, incorporating the prerequisite curriculum is required.  We will assist the intern complete the requirements.

It’s World 🐝 Day 2022!
The main purpose of the World Bee Day events is to spread awareness of the significance of bees and other pollinators for our survival.
Gachina works hard every day to protect and support bee populations by creating bee habitats, installing pollinator gardens, tending our own bee hives, encouraging our clients to grow “meadow-style” lawns, teaching and educating our clients and staff on the 8 Principles of Rescape…we encourage you to ‘Act Local’ and ‘Create Habitats’ today and every day!
