Gachina Landscape Management was awarded the John Redmond Memorial Award for Crescent Village Apartments Homes in San Jose for the best entry in ALL maintenance categories at the 2017 CLCA State Trophy Awards. The CLCA sponsors the Trophy Awards to encourage interest in landscaping, recognize crafts people who produce outstanding landscapes, create pride in superior workmanship and to bestow public recognition on companies, institutions, municipalities and residents for their interest in a beautiful California.
Crescent Village Apartment Homes
Gachina has been managing the landscape at Crescent Village Apartments since installation in 2012. The 5 buildings encompassing over 7 acres, were phased in over an 18 month period. The Irvine Company has high expectations for quality, meticulous detail and positive client relationships.
Gachina was recently honored by TIC at their Division 2 Division, D2D, awards program which recognizes top service providers for the role they play in providing exceptional experiences for Irvine Company customers. Gachina was the only landscape contractor recognized and was acknowledged for our Outstanding Responsiveness. “Gachina Landscape has provided exceptional quality of service and communication at competitive pricing for the last ten years in the Silicon Valley. They are used by Office, Apartments and Retail. They recently experienced the untimely loss of their founder and owner, John Gachina but have managed to not miss a beat under the new leadership of his wife Jackie Gachina,” shares Clint Collins with Irvine. Gachina also received a First Place Award for CVA earlier this year, awarded by CLCA SFBA and a National Merit Award for CVA in 2014, awarded by PLANET.
