Training Programs

Gachina Landscape Management's success is based on the fundamentals of building strong TEAMS. Gachina TEAM members participate in a variety of training programs to develop technical, customer service and management skills. All new TEAM members participate in a New Hire Orientation to introduce them to company policies, procedures, practices and Gachina quality and customer service standards.

Crew training is built upon the California Landscape Contractors Association's Certified Landscape Technician (CLT) tests for maintenance, installation and irrigation. We support the CLT certification process with tuition reimbursement programs and incentives for passing the test. The quality and safety standards promoted by CLT certification offer a foundation for success.

Accident Prevention – Safety First!

Safe operational practices and comprehensive accident prevention programs are fundamental to the Gachina Way. All TEAM members are responsible and accountable to promote a safe work environment. Safety Tailgate trainings, site inspections, CLT safety standards, and reporting procedures for unsafe conditions and actions are fundamental to preventing on the job injuries.
